I would take a wild guess at rear seat hold downs.

Thanks...sometimes we just have to be patient when posting a thread. I have been watching also as I am curious what these brackets are for. Seat brackets makes sense.

No problem. Just giving you a heads up. Mostly every thing is pretty cool around here, but there are some rules. For some reason that I do not know, double posting is a no no. Even if it is in different forums. I just go with it.
Do you have any pictures of your burb? We are picture whores here if you haven't already noticed. Some day I will have a 67-72 burb. Some day.
