Im a fire fighter that works for a department that is facing pay cuts and or layoffs. It will kill me to sell it but I have to prepare for the worst and my family comes first ( 3 kids and wife). What could I sell it for. I will post pic when I figure out how, but im not selling now, just trying to get an idea what its worth.
71 c10 LB, Flat black ( year old paint job) straight body 383 stroker with 2,000mi, rebuilt th350 with 3,000mi, new parts, Performer Eps, 1806 carb, hei, headman long tube headers, supper 44s exit before the rear tires, new 3.55 gears, new brakes, rotors, drums, rear tracking bar, front sway bar, shocks, front shock stud supports, ball joints, new gas tank, sending unit, fuel pump, chrome oil pan, chrome single wire alt. new seat, door panles, arm rests, door handles, window handles, rear mirror, grant stearing wheel, Im forgeting a few things put thats the big stuff. I know there are some itchy fingers ready to pull the trigger on the " this thread is worthless without picks" but like I said above just trying to get an idea and will post pics when I figure out how, thank you |

Re: whats it worth
Are you young enough to still be able and change departments ? That cut back and lay off stuff is bad news. Most cities have the FD at the very bottom of the list when it comes to cut backs. Sounds like your city might have their priorities kind of mixed up.

Re: whats it worth
Sorry, I read your post, but gotta do it.............
It's really difficult to value with out even seeing a pic. Maybe try cruising Craigslist or Ebay to give you an idea.

Re: whats it worth
I think this is it....stole it from your Profile... And a very nice truck, might I add. I can't help you on the value though. I know they aren't selling for what you probably want out of it. Its a tough market out there.
