restoring taill. lenses

was wondering what to use on my tail light lenses to bring them to a new look ,there getting foggy

Go to HF they have a headlight restoration kit for 10.00, works great on tail lights. they polish it comes with is alright, but i bought Meguires plastX to do the finishing step. I did my tail lights and guage lens.

Dont they sell lenses for the rear lights for about $12 new?

I agree with West Texas Z, most auto supply houses have them for next to nothing, with and without the chrome.

Much easier and cheaper to. Can get them at any parts store here. about the only part you can get for the style truck here. lol.

Yup. I live near LMC, went to their counter, and got some with the trim for about 24 bucks around a year ago. I figure the ones that were on the truck were not original so it was worth it to just save myself a few hours and spend the money for a quick easy fix.
