oooo, Barrett Jackson. I can't wait to see overpriced clones being sold to well manicured stockbrokers.

sounding a bit cynical, aren't I?

We should start a guessing thread on the prices. winner wins.....nothing... but the pride of knowing they guessed the price correctly...

THURSDAY

Lot# 22.1 1972 Chevrolet Cheyenne LWB, Copper and white, 53,000 original miles, 350ci, 350trans.
Guess: 18K because of color and longbed

Lot# 101 1971 Chevrolet C10 SWB, with 67 front clip, Red, Big Block 454 crate engine.
23K BB SWB but somewhat dated and engine bay lets it down
FRIDAY

Lot# 333.1 1971 GMC Jimmy 4X4, All original only 8,000 MILES!!!, Golden Yellow with black removable top. 350 ci, 3 speed auto.
33K because of the low miles and GREAT shape...
SATURDAY

Lot# 613 1972 Chevolet C-10 SWB, yellow and white, rare bucket seat option, frame off restoration, 350 ci, 350 trans.
27K

Lot # 614 Chevrolet C-10 SWB, white, comprehensive professional frame-off rotisserie restoration, rare bucket seat option including console, Numbers matching 400ci engine.
31K

Those are just educated guesses but depends on who is at the show and how nice they look in person vs. how they are represented online...

The only option worth noting is the seats and console? Auto or AC? I wonder what year? This is the one I would be curious as to what it sells for?

Well, wrong on the longbed....only 14850 total vs my 18K guess

Pretty close 21500 vs 23K guess for the red SWB

Re: 67-72 Chevy/GMC at Barrett-Jackson Palm Beach this weekend

The two light yellow/white trucks (one LWB, one SWB) were pretty sweet in my book, as was the copper/white LWB. I think the copper/white LWB guy and the yellow/white SWB guy should have gotten together and traded instrument clusters before the show... They'd both have gotten more money. (i.e. the Cheyenne had the woodgrain instrument cluster and the Cheyenne Super had the black instrument cluster....)

Despite the little instrument cluster thingy, I thought the light yellow/white SWB was beautiful! The LWB light yellow/white had been on ebay for quite some time. Wonder if he got as much as his ebay reserve was? Hope so! Nice truck.

Fun to watch folks with tons of money play.
