WTT 71 chevelle for 67-72 truck

My brother is looking to either sell his 71 chevelle malibu or trade it for a 67-72 truck. He's open to body style and motor/trans combo but it has to be a complete driver as this will be his daily driver. here's a link and some pics

I moved it here thinking you might get better traffic. Good Luck.

It's all regional. around here they usually sell for more and are in worse shape or no motor trans. This car runs and drives real well and is his daily driver, he would just rather have a truck.

Re: WTT 71 chevelle for 67-72 truck

I guess it is regional, I bought a 72 Malibu in 05 about 50 miles from the IL border in Indiana for $3500 with great interior, solid paint and minor rust (Wheel openings only). Somebody will probably trade a nice project truck for it, but it will be rough!

You might want to join Team Chevelle ,it doesnt cost anything to join. You can post it over there for trade if you are a member at no charge. Someone might be interested as I know some of them have Chevy trucks as that is how I found this site. Good luck.

thanks for the advice. I figured I'd post it up here as, like you said, many guys have multiple interests in the old vehicles.

So true. We can only dream of the rust free sheetmetal you guys get to play with all the time down there. This climate is very hard on vehicles. Stuff you guys send to the crusher because it's too bad to work on is considered "rust free" up here.
