Nobody's rockin the Supremes with pinner whites. Why? I'm about to order some and now I'm worried they won't fit on our trucks.

Re: Astro Supremes?

Ive always loved the astros. Ive heard some of them aren't built the best and can crack. Something about the better ones being reinforced somehow. Sorry this is kinda vague...just a heads up for you is all.

Yeah...the research I've done says the same thing. From what I can tell is the Allied Wheel Co. supremes have the better reinforcing than the US Wheel type. Coy's started selling the AWC supremes at a pretty good price.

@Jobe72: What brand do you have and what tires if you don't mind my asking.

Re: Astro Supremes?

I've got an older set from the 80's I got from a guy in Cali. I'm running 215/70/15 pinner whites, but about to mount some 205/70 1-1/4" whites I got recently then putting them back on my caddy. Currently running 15" wires and vogues on the caddy.

I think if you want to run these on a truck, that truck is going to need to be low low low!
There is a guy here in austin with a lowered white LWB running astros...looks good. He might be on here...

It's a 3/5 drop but it's got 60 series tires on it right now. Working a c notch, blocks and spindles now. Shooting for a ride height like TCB-1's pickup. (by the way, one of my favorite trucks on this forum)

Was planning on 15x7 with 215-70-15 kingstars. Good to know someone's got them. Saw some on this old Ford and have been in love since.
