Got the 327 Back together!!!

Hey all I got the 327 back from the speed shop finally and slapped her together!!! Just waiting for my new torque converter and flex plate to get here this weekend and im rollen! The first pics the origanal motor before rebuild lol case u didn't figure it out!

here r the specs I wanted a fun driver with some nuts! but not to far from stock any farther and it would have become a 350+

Great looking engine.

You might want to consider replacing that plastic fan blade on the alternator with a old style metal or aluminum one.

Why do I say that your asking?

I had one of those grenade on my ZZ430 during a 1st to 2nd gear shift at @7000rpm, It put a major dent in my hood(so bad it nocked the paint off).
I'm guessing either the quick drop in rpm's from the shift slung it apart or maybe the belt hit it I don't know but I won't run one of those on anything that likes rpm's such as a 327.

Well depends on compression ratio, but usually .045 is a good start.
