New Member and New Truck! Pic
Hey guys, My name is Red and I live in the Dallas, TX area. I am the proud owner of new to me 1971 Cheyenne SWB. I had one just like it in high school and have always wished I had never gotten rid of it. I probably gave way to much for it (7400.00), but I plan to keep it and get my money's worth of enjoyment out of it. It has factory air, ps, pb and tilt column. I will post better pic when I get them. Thank y'all for all the information you guys have provided me with prior to my purchase. I can't wait to see all of you Texas guys trucks at Pate!!!

7400 sounds about right. Your truck is my twin....I love the dark blue two-tone Cheyennes!

Re: New Member and New Truck! Pic
That is an old pic of it, still looks the same though. I have been trying to buy it from my buddy for 3 years but he was stuck on a 10,500.00 (thats what he gave for it 5 years ago) asking price. His wife decided they need a bigger house, so he had to sell it to make her happy I reckon'. I will post better pics this weekend. Glad to hear 7400.00 is in the ballpark of what i should have given for it. Thanks for all you kind reply's.

Welcome Red, and I'll tell ya, if that truck is as clean as it looks in that picture you stole it at $7400.
And like said above post more pics when you get a chance, we are all 67-72 picture crackheads around here

Re: New Member and New Truck! Pic
welcome red.
7400 doesn't sound bad to me at all! as long as you didn't buy that truck instead of putting a new roof on the house you've been needing. ha ha. |
