Looks like a nice solid project. I may or may not be correct, but it sure sounds like your timing might be off judging by the way it turns over. Might be something to take a look at, sounds really smooth while running though, so it's gotta be close.

Sweet bro! I replaced my starter and the 'slow start' went away. It was a new starter also, so who knows, could be timing also, that'll do it. Good luck keep us posted
