how hard would it be to swap out my frame which is a 1969 k5 blazer for a 2wd 67-72 frame?

Are you talking a PU frame? They are different wheel bases so you'd have to shorten the frame. The suspension from a 2wd PU will fit on the blazer with minor modifications and would be far easier than a frame swap. If you're planning on baggin it, you can go lower with a converted 4wd frame. Check out this article from sport truck magazine.

As bouncy said it's easier to convert a 4wd frame. The pickup frame is longer, and the body mounts are all wrong.
