Rosewood steering wheel

I want to put a reproduction rosewood wheel in my 71 Cheyenne like the 69 Camaro's had. Does anyone know the best place to buy and do they require a special hub adapter.Every one I find lists only Chevelle,Camaro, etc

Re: Rosewood steering wheel

The Camaro/Chevelle hub should fit your truck, too. Those steering wheels are expensive no matter where you buy it from. The Car and Truck Shop in Orange CA might have a better price than most, but not sure. Their catalog is online.

I ordered one from Classic Industries for a 71 I'm working on to take advantage of their free shipping this month. The only problem is the one I got had three big chips in the wood, so I sent it back...............and now they are backordered. If ordered this month, the free shipping still stands no matter when it's back in stock.

When it showed up, it came with the adapter, horn button and hardware. .

The free shipping is only for orders over $99. Here's a link they sent me on email, twice and I'm no special customer or anything, at least I don't think so ...

I just ordered around $900 worth of stuff and they also gave me an extra 5% off for an order over $500. The free shipping does not include oversize items, but I ordered a carpet kit which they said is not oversize. The whole deal probably saved me over $100.

Oh, and if you use their website the code they sent me is wrong, it should be FS7418 instead of WS7418. I found out by calling them, but they went ahead and took my order over the phone.
