LS engine sourcing...

I am looking at picking up either a 5.3/4L60e or a 6.0/4L80e combo for one of my projects and was wondering where you guys are sourcing them?

I would like to grab the whole deal - engine, transmission, harness, computer, etc...

Thanks for the info guys,

Jason

Try Schram's Auto Salvage. I've bought 4 from a guy named Jeremy.

Re: LS engine sourcing...

Out West we have this outfit called LKQ that has a bunch of salvage yards. If you buy an engine or tranny they'll ship it to any commerical address with no addition freight charges.
You can also peruse your local Craigslist and look for folks parting out Silverados, Tahoes, Suburban, Express Vans, etc...
