Question 700 R4 ?

If I was to venture to the local junkyard what types of cars/trucks would I be able to get a 700R4 core out of ?Thanks Dan

I think you want 87 and later.They are stronger.Camaro,trucks,not sure how new you can go.

If you're just getting a rebuildable core, you can get it out of anything...try to get an '87-up but it's not a huge deal if you're getting it rebuilt to your exact specs since they're easy to upgrade.

Anyway...you'd see them in Corvettes, Camaros, Firebirds, full-size and S10/S15 pickups/vans/SUVs, and full-size RWD cars other than the G-Body (Regal / Monte Carlo, etc) which has the 2004R.
