What year and make master??

I was looking for the thread that was posted some time ago about spliting the brake lines. It had what make and year mast cyl to get. I have the factory booster and single master on there now. Just want to start ordering parts now so i can start on it when i get home. It's for my 66. Any help on this would be great and thank you for your time.

Re: What year and make master??

If you're keeping the factory power booster, you'll need a power brake master. If you have front discs with rear drums, a master for a '71-'87 truck will work fine. Don't forget you'll need the proportioning valve also.

If you're converting to manual disc/drum brakes, you can use a manual disc/drum master for a '71-'75 truck.
