Looking at getting this truck 454

wondering if its worth that. and if the engine is worth that?
it looks pretty solid to me,. never really dealed with big blocks anything to watch for when i go look at it?

if ya got the money i would snatch it up as long as it aint blown up cause you could sell most of the parts on that truck cause it looks pretty solid

I would guess a running bbc (even running poorly) to be worth around $500, the trans should be good for another $200-300 if it works as it should. If it isn't ate up with rust, surely it has a couple hundred bucks worth of parts on it....of course I'd show up with cash in hand and offer him $700, I'd bet you could get it for that.

yeah always show up with cash bring enough to cover it but have a freind with ya an give him a few hundred an act like you borrowing it if the guy wont budge. i had a buddy do this couple weeks ago with a fourwheeler saved himself about 100 bucks
