Where to ge a deal on a new fan shroud??
I've been searching parts places for a new shroud for my '63 project (V8). So far I have just found two. Both range from $160.00- $180.00 shipped. I wish I had not tossed my old broken one. Can someone steer me toward something affordable? Members & Vendors please chime in.

Re: Where to ge a deal on a new fan shroud??
I just read an article about making one if you are into a project. It's basically the same idea as making speaker pods for your kick panels. It mite have been in Classic Trucks mag???
Looked fun, as I have built some kick panels before.

Here is an article that I saved regarding making your own fan shroud. I guess it depends on how much time you have and how much you like fiberglass work versus just buying one.

Re: Where to ge a deal on a new fan shroud??
Mine just arrived UPS yesterday from Tucker's. I paid 140 includung shipping. It's a little less brittle than the old one but not cheap. 112 + shipping is what it was I think.
