Favorite tool you own?

My favorite tool i own and use consistently is a 2500 psi 4hp gas pressure washer i bought from harbor frieght for 250 bucks on sale. I would recommend one to anyone who owns cars, especially these old trucks.

Re: Favorite tool you own?

My 1/2-9/16 double box end wrench... if it only had a 7/16 on it i could take apart 90% of the truck with a single tool.

Makita cordless 3/8 impact and cordless drill, both with the little light on them to help in dark spots. Talk about handy dandy, and it has some balls for tough rusted on bolts.

Re: Favorite tool you own?

My shop. All the tools i have wouldn't be half the joy they are to use if I had to use them outside. I just wish it was bigger and airconditioned. 1972SuperCheyene's shop sounds like it would do nicely. shipping to 76310?

X's 2.

What I mean is...I like mine, not yours...just mine. Yours is cool for you and whatever it is you do with it, but I don't roll that way.

I'm not judging anyone here...I'm just saying.

Re: Favorite tool you own?

I got a Honda pressure washer last fall. Not long after that, a friend of a friend had a 33 gal Craftsman 5hp compressor for sale that he'd picked up from someone hurting for cash that he wanted the flip quick. That's at the house now too and I'm using them both all the time.

Good tools let you accomplish stuff you otherwise couldn't do at all, so the more of them, the better!

Congrats on the pressure washer, I'm loving mine too.

I hate nothing more than trying to climb under a car coated in dirt, grease and oil. I've always been in the elements and the crap blows in your eyes burning like hell!

Re: Favorite tool you own?

4 1/2" grinder is probably my fav as of lately, gotta invest in a cordless impact one of these days, or a bigger compressor to run my IR guns.
