another rim question
got 70 c10 six lug big hub size looking to put aftermarket 6 lug rims do i need spacers are this safe with a good amount of power? someone told me something about hub centric or lug centric not sure of any of this . thanks you guys know best!!

I think the issue you will have is there is not alot of reasonably priced modern wheels that will fit the 67-70 trucks without some issues. Some need spacers front and rear and some need them just in the rear to make the offset correct.
The other option is to go with a custom wheel......Intro,Billet Specialties,Budnik,raceline,etc.. Problem is there all pretty pricey and can easily go for $1000+ a wheel. I have yet to find a set of 20" wheels (8.5 front 10" rear) that work and are cost effective. I just can't justify putting $5000 worth of custom wheels and tires on a $6500 truck

for the back spacing and that newer rims have smaller hub sizes i think like i said i dont now much about it im here seeking the right info any suggestions on rims that fit woulb be awesome thanks

if the aftermarket rims were made to fit the 99 and up chevy trucks then the hubs will not clear our trucks, I dont know of any kind of spacer to fix this problem.
