I've got a 72 C20 that the only thing keeping off the highway is the rotted rear trailing arms. Any info on where to find a set would be appreciated greatly!

lmc or other vendors would probably have them but if you are posting a "want to buy" ad you need to be a site supporter.

Don't limit yourself to strictly C20 truck (trailing) arms. The C10 arms are the same thing w/some reinforcement plating. ECE sells a reinforcement kit if you can find some C10 arms (C10 arms will work as is but would be better if reinforced).

ECE (early classic enterprises), CPP (classic performance products), & Porterbuilt Streetrods all sell better than original aftermarket truck arms that will work will coil springs. LMC offers 'Made in China' replacements....

i have a set of roush arms in the for sale section. need to trim a couple brackets off and they will bolt in.

if what SCOTI said is true then i saw replacment trailing arms in the classic parts catalog for 1/2 ton @ $449 a pair

They're good..... Porterbuilt's are better. Stronger & less deflection w/more articulation. It's like someone sat down & thought "how can I build the ULTIMATE truck arm".

Oh man, When I first bought my trailing arms from lmc maybe seven years ago they were U.S.A made, never would of got them if made else where. At that time I don't recall trailing arms being made anywhere. At least they were made of good quality when I did get them at that time can't speak for now . I now notice a lower price and that there's no mention of being U.S.A. made. Bummer! But I do agree with Scoti. Don't limit yourself and there are other venders

NGN you did it. You got me on my tangent. Sorry in advance. I don't think hardly anything we buy now is made in the US. Even if it is a US product most of the parts are made somwhere else. Then they still put made in the USA on it. I think that a US based company that outsorces parts or all of it's product should get the sh)@ taxed out of it for import tax maybee then they will bring some of the work and WORKMANSHIP back in the states. Sorry I went on a tangent and hijacked the tread this stuff just anoys the heck out of me

I have a pretty clean pair of c20 trailing arms i just pulled off of a 68 c20. I think they are the same. Anyway this truck spent its life in arizona and ended up here to get parted so they are much nicer than any I have found in the midwest. If you are interested call me 217-791-2883

I bought my 72 c20 and within a week they broke but I posted an ad on craigslist and in about two weeks I found a decent set for $60 only thing is they are for a half ton but Ill fix that

go look in a salvage yard I just pulled a set off of a '72 c10 for my '69 c20 and Im just going to reinforce them. I got mine for $40 bucks and they look great. the only issue I have run into is getting the old ones off. mine broke as well after a week of owning it. everything is rusted together so I have been doing alot of cutting today. still not even close to being done. I wish there was an easier way. good luck with yours.

same situation as me I got the new arms ready to install but the old broken ones are ruim I have been sted and i have already broken a few rachets and now like him I have been cutting on it for a few day and stiil havent gotten em off

well I solved my issue. I went the lazy route and am currently having a shop do it. To frustrating for me at this time. have to pack up to move Friday. good luck with your adventure guys.
