Question 700r4 swap & trans tunnel ?

Does the trans tunnel need to be modified for this swap in Blazer?Jimmy ? Is there a new panel available if it does need swapping. Thanks Dan

Ive seen like two threads on this in the last couple of days. They are all saying it will fit. Which it should. If memory serves me right my budy had a low hump in his 68 when he dropped in a 700r4. My Suburban had a high hump and there was a ton of room. The fact that it is removable made it soo much easier to tighten the cooler lines.

If you would like a high hump I have one for sale.

I put a 700r-4 in my 70 with a 350 and no clearance problems, except for the little lip on the firewall that I had to trim.
