Re: new swabar

I have one off of a later model C-30 (73-87) installed on my '65 C-10.

Did '60-'66's come with swaybars?

Re: new swabar

The camper Specials came with sway bars for sure. It might have been an option but I dought it. I have one from a 75 c 10 on my truck. I also took the brackets off and put them on my truck.

Re: new swabar

You can check out my build tread under "The Never Ending Rebuild". I put a 1.25" sway bar on the front off of a late 80's 1 ton and a rear 15/16" bar off of a IROC Z28 on the rear.

1.25" make a big difference but they're harder to find than the 1".

Pick n Pull is the place to find them, shouldn't cost you more than about $35 per bar with hardware

Re: new swabar

My 65 c10 came with a factory stock swaybar. It's even on the build sheet.
