disc brake ?????

Ive been looking at some disc brake setups and they seem to be priced from 6 to 2600 dollars with all kinds of options. Do any of you guys have a aftermarket disc front drum rear setup? and where is the best place to buy? I was thinking about a disc front setup with a disc drum purporting valve and 2.5 drop.

BTW the trucks a 69 swb with power brakes.

Re: disc brake ?????

I would recommend Early Classic Enterprises. http://www.earlyclassic.com/

They specialize in these trucks and their quality is excellent. I bought from them before and I just bought the whole shebang for my 70, just waiting on the parts.

Thanks, I looked around here at some other threads and they seem very highly recommended so called a guy named Stan there yesterday and decided I'm going to order up that 4/6 front disc kit next week

Re: disc brake ?????

I went with the 5 lug kit. I also have a 5 lug donor rear end from a 71-72.
