urgent windshield/windshield seal help

ok my truck came with the factory metal lookin trim thing in the rubber around the windshield.
will this windshield seal work?

i ordered it,and upon arrival,it wont barely ven go on the windshield and it has like extra grooves and stuff?
wtf? it wont work for my truck!


do i need the seals with the lockstrips in it?they have black n chrome lockstrip seals is that what i need?

my truck has no windshield now,and i have a bag over it taped.

should work ,theres no difference in the cabs with or without the lockstrip.

it should fit, the one without the locking strip are harder to put on though, if you've never done it before, i recommend getting a glass guy out to come put it on...
