New brake master cylinder leaking down firewall
I keep having my rear drum/drum reservoir go empty. This was happening before I bought a new master cylinder and it's still happening. It's leaking down the firewall and all over the floorboards.
Is there something I am missing? Did I just happen to get a bad part from the parts store?

Yep, I had to return 3 of them before I decided to get a different brand from another auto parts for my old 96 Tahoe. Leaking the same way.

Re: New brake master cylinder leaking down firewall
Thanks for the replies. I wasn't sure if there was some reason a new (remanufactured) master cylinder would leak into the cab other than a bad seal. I'll just go back to Kragen and try another one.
