Front brake installation?
Hello folks, can anyone tell me where I can look to get instructions on HOW to install brake pads on my 69 Chevy C-10? Drum brakes?

You mentioned brake pads and drums, pads would be for discs brakes, but I'm guessing you meant shoes which are for drums, which is what your truck would have come with from the factory. Anyway this site has really good step by step instructions with pictures, http://www.pbase.com/nufsed/drumbrake

Before you start tearing anything apart, if you got a digital camera, take a quick picture... I've done my rear shoes quite a few times now and still revert back to the original picture just to cross check everything.

What I do is never!! touch one side until the first one is completed. That way I can reference to the untouched one if I have trouble figuring out how to put things together.

yep, I agree with what stocker said above
and I used that same website to rebuild my rear brakes- I printed out all the pics and took them out to the garage with me |

Real braKe tools are cheap enough and really make this job easier also.
