WHat tire size can I run?????

Ok heres the deal, 1985 Chevy 1/2 ton 2wd, I am going to run the factory rallye wheels 15x8 size and i am just wondering what is the biggest tire I can run without having clearance issues. Is 265/75/15 to big or can I go bigger

Those will fit. they are basically the same as a 31x10.50R15 and I've had many of those with no problems ever.

From what I've seen though a 32x11.50R15 fits with no problems either. the 32's fit on my 87 1/2 ton good, never rubbed anywhere. it had the lightest duty suspension possible so it had many chances to scrub if it was going to.

33's scrubbed on sharp turns on the wheel well itself but 32's are fine.

It has 33's on the back, but there are 32x11.50R15's on the front.
