Question Can the 203 be adjusted in the Blazer??

My 77 Blazer won't go forward unless I lock it in High Lock. I need to adjust the linkage for the 203 and was wondering if anyone has done it in the truck?? It doesn't seem to have enough room under there. Any help would be GREAT fellas.

Thanks in advance.

Although these shifters do have their "issues" and a good cleaning/adjusting is definately a good thing.....If it won't move with-out being locked, you probably have a bigger porblem.
Has this transfer case been converted to "part-time" 4 wheel drive?

I don't know for sure. I replace the tranny and transfer case form a Suburban the same year. The original tranny only worked in reverse and the fluid smeeled burnt. That is the way I bought it, so I replaced both tranny and t-case. It does have lock-outs on the Dana 44 front but I am not sure if the original t-case has the part-time conversion. Is there a way to know for sure just buy looking at it??

Thanks for your reply.

lock in the hubs and see if she will move forward then. With the hubs unlocked a stock 203 in either high or low (non lock) wont move anywhere.
