71 LWB fleetside bed

Hey everybody, up for sale is the bed to my 71 Chevy C/10, it's a long bed fleetside, steel floor, rust free bed. The reason i'm selling is becuase I have another wood bed i want to put on my truck and when I take it off I have nowhere to put it. The sides of the bed are straight and the floor doesnt have any rust or any dents. The p/o welded the pockets on the top becuase he wanted that shaved look. The tailgate pictured I'm saving but it does come with another tailgate. The other one is pretty straight but I will send pictures if needed. He also welded in the holes on the sides for the moldings. I've been a member on this site for a while but this is my first post and i'm trying to describe this to the best of my ability. If you have any questions please let me know. I'm asking $400 but any reasonable offer will be accepted. I'm also willing to trade for parts for my truck, like a tach cluster, wide white wall tires, posi, parts for a 60-66 lwb or just let me know what you have.

Thanks, Anthony

Re: 71 LWB fleetside bed

if you do part it out.I'd be interested in the floor.

what kind of 60-66 parts are you looking for?

Re: 71 LWB fleetside bed

Ok, so now i'm gonna need some help here. I'm thinking about parting it out since I might have some potential buyers for the tubs, tailgate, back panel, and the floor. I know taking this bed apart is a pain with all the bolts that are involved. What do you guys think is a fair price for each of these pieces? Maybe I should post this in the WIW section so if I need to post over there let me know. Like I said, I'm new to this and i'm not sure what these are worth. Thanks, AMG.

honestly the most vaulable thing of the bed is the tail gate. i see them go in good shape original go for like $200-400. The bed sides go for about $250 pair. Front bed panel for pretty cheap since the new repos are like $100 bucks or so. The floor i'm not sure about. Tubs in good shape probably like 100 pair. just for what i've seen in past.

Re: 71 LWB fleetside bed

i'm gonna go ahead and part it out. Heres what i'm asking.
Gate $235
back panel $45 (sale pending)
Tubs $100 for the pair (sale pending)
Floor $200
I'm gonna keep these bedsides.
I have another pair of bedsides I'm gonna ask $225 on I'll post pics later on when I get home.
Make an offer! I'm probably not gonna be able to take this thing apart until next weekend since im gonna be out of town this weekend.
