What kind of condition is this stuff in? Will the battery box clear the big block power steering resevoir? would you consider $100 shipped?

The box needs cleaning and painting but no rust through anywere not really for sure on the big block maybe somebody will chime in. I have already lowered the price once if it don't sell this time it is e-bat bound Thanks
