so I sent this off using flat rate box about four days after payment, I did not get a tracking number my fault lesson learned. Paypal dispute filed against me. I went to refund money but it will take 3-5 days to refund. as to no response, my paypal account is under a OLD AOL account which I never check the emails. Sorry. So YOU will have the 85.xx back as soon as it hits my paypal account from my bank account. Rob

I did receive the refund, along with a very gracious pm from Rob concerning this. I want to thank Rob for standing up and taking care of this, just as he said he would. Considering this, and the fact that others have received their merchandise from him, I believe that USPS is the culprit in all this, and Rob is the victim.
