uugh! Squeaky bushings

I am assembling my front end right now. The tubular control arms from TCI came with preassembled bushings. I assemble it once already, but took it apart after noticing how much they squeaked and squalked. I know you need to use a silicone based lubricant on the poly, but how on earth do you get it in between the bushing and the steel sleeve when it is a preassembed unit from the factory? Any ideas anyone??
