crossmember

hows it going im new to the group kind of. Ive been visiting alot i have a 68 stepside i am building from the frame up already did crossmember swap from a 73 to get disk brakes and power steering. I was wandering if the automatic transmission croossmember from the 73 will fit in the 68 frame thanks

Some of them work some not, I recently change manual into automatic 700r4 and I had to change it three times because the crossmember was to high. and the crossmember lifted the back side of the transmission almost closed to the cabin floor.
