Couple pics of my hinges while rebuilding them

I recently rebuilt my door hinges. I used the bushings and pins that come in the rebuild kit. After installing the bushings there was still quit a bit of play in them. So a buddy of mine suggested we weld them up and then fly cut the welded part untill we get a tight fit. They came out nice with no play at all and probably better than factory. no finished pics but 3 of the process. When we were done I bead blasted them and painted them grey.
