Bench bleeding?
I tried a search and found no answers. If I swap a brake booster/master cylinder from one truck to another do I need to bench bleed it? The fluid was full and still is...

Re: Bench bleeding?
No. Try to cap off the part where the lines go into it. You will still have to bleed the brakes to purge the air from the line and cylinders or calipers. Master part should be okay. Just keep it upright and don't move it all around.

Quote:
once you have a steady streem close and open the drivers rear. do the same then the pass front/ then drivers front.. then it's pump um, hold it.. as you blead them in the same order.. one in the seat pumping the pedal and then holding the pedal as you open the bleeder... rr,lr/rf/lf as long as the one in driverseat doesn't lift te pedal while the bleeder is open. it is a piece of cake.. (note abs ,this doesn't always work) |

Re: Bench bleeding?
Or send your story into "gears" and have Stacy David send you the slick little reverse bleeder.
