LMC Carpet
Anyone have pics of the Gray carpet color that LMC sells? Any feedback on these carpet kits?
I've never done anything but black before, and we want to go with gray. But the pic in the LMC of the carpet is waaaaay too small to be able to see if it will go with the seat or work with the interior color I just shot. Here's the seat. The other pic is just for the color...that's a folding chair in the cab to keep the dog out while the paint dries!

Re: LMC Carpet
Just a regular bench seat out of a GMC 1970 2WD short fleet, I'm told.
I don't have any pics of the carpet I had in the '72. Sorry. I don't even remember where I got it. A place in Diamond Bar, CA, I think.

Re: LMC Carpet
Oh, you probably mean the fabric on the seat, right? I'm told it was done as a custom job in A****er, CA by a guy known to Forum Member C10/King (Rene).

Re: LMC Carpet
Make sure you are getting an Auto Custom Carpets carpet kit! I just put one of the other brands in my truck [this was the first time I strayed from ACC] and was disappointed I will be replacing it with an ACC. The fit and quality are far superior from the other brands and price is comparable.

Re: LMC Carpet
It's from a `97 chevy truck. It's not power but does have the air adjustable lumbar support and I got the belts with it when I got the seat. I had to drill the floor and put a 3/4" spacer under the back mounts because of the way the floor is in `67-`72 trucks. I thought it was pretty straight forward and we went out west and drove over 5700 miles. We were both comfortable.
