67 3/4 ton 4x4 rear leaf springs and hangers?

I need to replace the d-side rear leaf spring hangers, and went to get them off a buddy's 69. Totally different. Mine, the 67 measures 56 1/4 eyelet to eyelet, the 69 measures 52. mine have 2 leaves, 3" in width, the 69 is several leaves and about 2 1/2" in width. the bushings on mine are about 3 1/4, his less than 3.
Where do I find the right spring hangers? I had thought about taking his hangers and springs and all, but looks like the frame must be different? I was hoping to do this on the cheap. LMC shows 67 to be different, I now see, but they're pretty proud of their stuff. Any better ideas?
Thanks
Oh, I did score a nice set of blue sunvisors.

On further review, LMC doesn't even offer the hangers and shackles, which is what I need. the parts that are riveted on and so hard to get off.
I'm open to ideas. Are the frames different? Will that other set work, just relocate the hangers?

I think you will have to look for 67 or 68. I would think you could change everything if you want to do that much work. (hangers, and springs)
