Hey, how much would you guys pay for a 76 stepside with a blown TH350 transmission? It's a dana 44 front axle with Chevy 12 bolt rear end 4wd, and a 350 engine. The body is a little rotted out though. The owner is pretty desperate to get rid of it, too. Won't even give me a price range, just says "make an offer".

I'm thinking, maybe 500 bucks?

Do it and see what he says. Seems about the going rate for a rust issue truck that doesn't run (at least in my area)
