ball & socket exhaust

look this is real dumb quistion but never done before, how do you hook a ball & socket flange kit to the headers i'm doing a 3 inch system all mendel bent with ball & socket hookup at header any help would be thank full pete

Which 1 did you get ?cut off your existing ends and weld in the ones you got..

mine is like that 1 but only has 2 bolts it's a flowmaster, i though i had to cut end off header just wanted to make sure, thanks pete

Yes, looks to me the one on the right would be welded to the header.
