it is probably an outsourced supplier that only certain companies offered.
I used to love finding a dedicated chevy enthusiast with a 60 musclecar and bet them I could find a ford part on the all original car. they rarely knew the LOF glass was "libby owens ford" and actually had the word Ford stamped on the glass
