anybody put 2000 tahoe limited wheels on square?

I just bough some 2000 tahoe limited wheels. 5lug same bolt pattern as squares but I think maybe the backspacing may be to much. Just wanted to see if anyone has used them or seen them used. I dont have the truck here to try them on. here is some pics of the wheels.

If you can space them out right, those should look great!

Re: anybody put 2000 tahoe limited wheels on square?

Sorry i don't have a pic but, a few years back i had them on my 73 2WD K5.

the back spacing worked fine. I would make one recommendation though. The harden steel lug nuts from my truck cut in to the wheel when i tighten them. and one either worked itself loose or i did not tighten enough due to my fear of cutting the wheels and in just a few hundred miles made ovals of the round holes.

I would suggest buying some sort of aftermarket lug nut that is similar to the lug nut that came with that wheel, Remember that the lug nuts that came with that truck are a metric thread and will not work on the older non metric studs

Re: anybody put 2000 tahoe limited wheels on square?

My kid has a spare for his Tahoe that is aluminum with holes and it is bad ass. I'd love a set of those. They have GM stamped on them. 16" I think. 6 hole.
