I have that same print so I can tell you the artist is Thom Sansoucie .My print says he is from New Hampshire .I also have a colored Chevelle print he did that is very nice.You can see more of his stuff at www.showboards.com .I have a friend in Michigan that sells his prints at shows all over during the summer.
