Inner Cowl removal and found more issues - need advice

I have removed the inner cowl because of all the lower rust, but I have found even more rust once removed. I need some advice on best way to attack this.

Left Side

Right Side

The right side is much worse than than the left. But issues on both sides. Not the best photos, but let me know if you have any pointers.

Do they sell any replacements or am looking at cutting up a parts truck or can I just patch all of this?

Last photo is my garage buddy - tictic. She is always willing to get in my way or lay on me when I am on the roller.

Thanks for all the help in advance.

You can use regular sheet metal like I did to make some of it. You might have to tack it in place and shape it to fit in some areas. Just trial and error.
