Fuse problem

Hello and merry Christmas board. I wonder if I can get any help from the electronic sector. Part of my small fleet is a 2002chevy trailblazer.the right tail light was out and when I was trying to get it to light by replacing the bulb I found that there was nothing wrong with it. So I next checked the fuses and found #17 was for the right rear lamp and had no power to it.so please tell me what's my next move? Thanks , mike.
