Finally posting up my build....(not that i'm far)
Ok So I am finally finding time enough too get a lot of photos and post up my build (im not very far into it because like most things done right it is taking time......and like most things envovling money it takes a while too )
Ok So I have a 1969 C/10....cough cough...ok my WIFE's Christmas present was this 69 C/10...so its hers but I'm the one orchestrating the build and coming up with the ideas So the ideas.: 1. Modernize.....I know a lot of you guys don't taking these things away from original but I can't help but put my own little spin on here. 2. Paint....well we really like black, charcoal, and red but we are very open to suggestion!!!!!!!!!!! [WINK, WINK] 3. Powertrain.....well we are building a 327 and picking up a Tremec TKO 600 4. Drop ride height....so I've been talking her into dropping the ride height on this bad boy not bagged probably just because of the money involved. 5. Disc brake upgrade .....I'm sure I'm forgetting a lot so just ask if you have any questions

Just look around and show her pics of various ride-heights. Lucky YOU to have a wife who has a C-10.
Is it a fleet or step? And post pics before the Feds show up at your house!?!?!?!

Re: Finally posting up my build....(not that i'm far)
Oh so I should probably elaborate on "modernize".
so I am redoing all the wiring...thinking of using American Autowire, and with that i am removing the old gas tank and building a sound system in its place, also looking into getting a headliner with a sound system within it. Ok so to clean up 1. New sound system. 2. New fuel cell in the rear, with side fill up. 3. Sound deadening through out. 4. Power windows (yes I know its a lot of work) 5. Power locks. 6. Autometer gauges . 7. redoing some of the dash. 8. H.E.I. 9. Electric fans. And NO A/C!!!!!!!!!!!! so those are my plans to modernize any questions just ask
