Hood Latch Assembly Socket Size

Have the truck in my brother's three-car garage currently for the space (and heat) and his toolbox is somewhat subpar. Does anybody know what size socket is required for the hood latch assembly bolts (the part attached to the rad support, not the hood)? Look like 12-points. Wasn't expecting that. I've most likely got the correct socket in my tool cart but didn't want to drive back to his house without knowing for sure.

Thanks.

Re: Hood Latch Assembly Socket Size

Mine are 1/4 and 5/16 NC. 7/16" and 1/2" socket sizes. You'll want the 12 points for the 12 point bolt heads, mine were all six point on the 72' hope this helps.
