how do you get these knobs off?
does anyone know how to get the little knobs on the a/c heater control?....my top def lever is broke and i need to get it off....thanks

MIKE -- I USE A CLAW HAMMER... NO REALLY.... THE CLAW PART, FOR PULLING NAILS. PUT A PIECE OF CARDBOARD ON THE FACE OF YOUR CONTROL, UNDER THE PIVOT POINT OF THE HAMMER, & POP EM RIGHT OFF.

I use a pair of pliers with a rag. Just wiggle back and forth while pulling. They will pop right off.
