Another 402 BB question

I have the OE 402 in my '72 C-30. Would one of you fellas who own a 402 give me the crank case dip stick measurements? I need the length from the tip to the lip of the cup which covers the tube. The measurement from the tip, to the "add a quart" mark, and from the tip to the full mark. I'm trying to determine if I have the correct stick in this engine. Thanks............

Re: Another 402 BB question

John,
I just measured my 402 dip stick and reads as follows
Overall length 21" (cup to end of stick)
Cup to Add line 20"
Cup to full line 19"

I hope this will help.

Thanks,
CORSAIR
