Help with LMC Headliner w/built-in speakers
I just purchased a LMC custom Headliner with built-in speakers for my 1984 Silverado. LMC provided limited installation instructions with this high-impact ABS Plastic Headliner. Have anyone installed this headliner, if so, other than drilling the holes for the sun visors, is there any additional modification needed?

Man to bad I'm in Afghanistan, because I would just drive over and let you see mine, I'm stationed at Fort Campbell.
But other than drilling holes for your visors it's really easy to install.

that should be all there is to installing it. only other thing i would suggest is replacing the speakers that come in it before you install it. they are crap. im dropping mine to install new speakers this weekend.

i put one in 81 chevy years ago and all i did was drill the holes and put it up the only thing that suck about them is when your bounceing around wheeling and you hit your head on the speakers it does not feel to good lol

Re: Help with LMC Headliner w/built-in speakers
I had a Hi-Liner in my truck for years. Swapped it with the factory headliner that had lost its adhesion. It was a snap to put in and the speakers supplied with it were more than adequate. I added additional after-market lights to brighten up the cab. After badgering me to no end, I sold it to my cousin who had a '77. I installed a CB radio where the am/fm unit was intended.
