TV cable bracket and cable to I-6 hookup
I'm installing a 700R4 behind my 230 in my 63 C-10. Does anyone have pics or info of the TV cable bracket and how the cable attaches to the carb or linkage on a inline six? I want to keep the stock throttle assembly if possible. Thanks

Re: TV cable bracket and cable to I-6 hookup
The TV cable adjustment is critical to tranny life with a 700r4. Google 700r4 tv cable adjustment and you should be able to gets pics on what is required. I'm sure you'll have to build a bracket to hold the cable but I've built several for v8's and its no big deal. Should be able to keep your original linkage.

Check out some of the inline six and stovebolt sites... I'm sure they've done it. They're may be some guys here too that will chime in.
