Looks like someone got confused...
Chopping is one thing I will never do to a vehicle, especially a truck...namely because I barely fit into these trucks as it is!!!

Maybe he wanted ground clearance, but still wanted to be able to park in a garage. Sorry, I'm just trying to make sense of it all. It's a character flaw, I guess.
